The hotel offers super clean and relatively large rooms that are very comfortable; however, there was some noise due to construction works. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, but there were issues with the parking garage. The Hilton hotel in downtown provided a spacious and clean room, though it wasn't ready upon our arrival. The room was big, well-lit, and had a very comfortable bed. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to tourist spots and close to everything, with several eating places around the corner. The rooms are very comfortable, but the availability of showers should have been better managed. Although we nearly missed our play due to changing rooms, the location made it easy to reach the center and pier. However, the front entryway was messy as the hotel was under construction, detracting slightly from the experience.
